T. Steven Martin
President and CEO
Steve is a co-founder of Parish Management Consultants and, in addition to his responsibilities with PMC, he is the administrator of Parish Anesthesia Associates. Steve has been in healthcare for more than 30 years and during that time has worked in hospital administration, managed care, physician practice management, and clinical care. He has a masters degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
As president and CEO, Steve provides leadership and direction to the organization. His entrepreneurial spirit has been the driving force behind the remarkable growth and success of Parish Management Consultants.
Chief Operating Officer
Robert joined Parish Management Consultants in May 2004. His career in healthcare administration spans more than 30 years in executive positions at both not-for-profit and for-profit hospital systems. His extensive experience includes Administrator of Operations at Mercy Hospital of New Orleans, and Chief Operating Officer of Tenet Memorial Medical Center in New Orleans.
As Chief Operating Officer, Robert is responsible for oversight of company operations, contracts, implementation of policies and procedures, and monitoring the achievement of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Anthony H. Gettys
Chief Financial Officer
Anthony has been working in the medical field since 1992 and has been involved in all aspects of healthcare financial and operational management. Anthony’s most recent position prior to joining Parish Management Consultants was Chief Executive Officer of Diagnostic Imaging Services. He was also Secretary of the Board for Peoples Health Network and held various committee memberships. Anthony has a masters degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. Anthony is also a graduate of Leadership Jefferson, sponsored by The Jefferson Parish Chamber of Commerce.
As Chief Financial Officer, Anthony oversees all aspects of PMC’s accounting and financial functions, as well as oversight of each divisions operating budget and financial reporting. As a financial analyst, Anthony works closely with our partnering facilities operations and financial officers. Anthony’s staff and audit team members monitor and manage PMC vendor relationships with our billing and collections companies.
Vice President of Human Resources
Bain has over 15 years of human resources experience in the fields of healthcare, legal services, education and oil & gas. Prior to joining PMC, Bain was the HR Director for Chabert Medical Center- a state hospital in Houma, LA. He has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Nicholls State University and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Troy State University. As Vice President of Human Resources, Bain oversees employee relations, talent management, benefits, compensation, performance improvement, organizational development and training.
Kathy Pratt, RN, MBA, CNOR
Vice President of Clinical Services
Kathy has over 20 years of healthcare management experience where the majority has been spent in the Surgical Services arena, the most recent being Surgery Department Director for Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans where she was responsible for daily operations of the surgery program as well as budget development, financial analysis and resource management .
As Vice President of Clinical Services, Kathy oversees PMC’s Credentialing, Quality and Risk Management Departments and also serves as PMC’s Administrative Compliance Officer. In addition, she functions as project leader for various company ventures. Currently, Kathy is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management, Healthcare Compliance Association, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the New Orleans Area Organization of Nurse Executives, and the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses.
Kenny Sticker, CRNA, MS
Chief CRNA Consultant
Kenny joined the PMC leadership team in October 2010 as the company’s Chief CRNA consultant. He has over 15 years operational management experience. Providing valuable insight and direction in an ever changing, always challenging perioperative/CRNA work environment, Kenny works closely with PMC in the ongoing development, refinement, and implementation of standardized utilization and productivity tools.
Aside from ongoing clinical Chief CRNA responsibilities at Tulane University Medical Center, Kenny assists PMC Chief CRNAs with efficiency/volume based scheduling models that promote better utilization of human resources. Knowing cost conscience quality care is essential to organizational survival in today’s economic health care climate. Kenny consistently looks to innovations in the marketplace that may help the team, the hospital, and most importantly, help the patient.
Dylan Cutrera, MBA
Regional Vice President of Practice Management
Dylan joined Parish Management Consultants in May of 2015. Dylan has been in the medical field since 2002 working in Physician Practice Management with the Cardiovascular Institute of the South and most recently in Hospital Medicine and Emergency Medicine management with the Schumacher Group. He has his Undergraduate Degree in Business and a Masters of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
As Regional Vice President of Practice Management, Dylan works together with Medical Directors, Chief CRNAs, and Hospital Administrators in managing contracts for Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Monroe.
